Braceria Scandicci officially opens on January 13, 2017, after years of experience in the HoReCa sector. The founder, Albano Ebeja, decided to start a personal project in the restaurant business, with the aim of reinterpreting the renowned Tuscan tradition related to the world of fine meats.
Innovation came through the introduction of new horizons, including a wider sourcing selection of products, advanced maturation and cooking techniques, harmonious pairings with local wines and beyond.
Today, we represent an established reality in the world of elite meat and catering, thanks also to the constant support of an extraordinary public that has been following us with confidence for years.
